Ingredients

- 6 large hard-boiled eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Mash avocado and egg yolks together until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon filling back into egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
