- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- Maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each slice of brioche into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Cook slices in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
