A creamy and cheesy one-pot dish with chicken, broccoli, and orzo pasta.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add orzo and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in shredded chicken, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 3 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if needed.
- Add more broth if the orzo absorbs too much liquid.
