  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add orzo and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in shredded chicken, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted.
