Description

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool. Peel and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
