Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Use kitchen shears to cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat upward, keeping it attached at the base.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the lobster and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
