- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, almond flour, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting.
