A flavorful and crispy chicken dish with a spicy chili twist.


Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Coat chicken with cornstarch.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until crispy.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger.
  6. Add chili sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Stir well.
  7. Add fried chicken back to the pan and mix to coat evenly.
  8. Serve hot.

  • Adjust chili sauce for desired spice level.
  • Use fresh garlic and ginger for best flavor.
