A flavorful and crispy chicken dish with a spicy chili twist.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- Coat chicken with cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until crispy.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger.
- Add chili sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Stir well.
- Add fried chicken back to the pan and mix to coat evenly.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili sauce for desired spice level.
- Use fresh garlic and ginger for best flavor.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
