Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the crockpot.
- Add uncooked penne pasta, stir, and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days.
