  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and chicken broth.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  5. Add sliced bell pepper in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
