- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel, and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with chopped dill and paprika.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
