- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Spread the Boursin cheese evenly over the chicken.
- Pour chicken broth into the skillet around the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Serve hot with the pan sauce.

- You can use any flavor of Boursin cheese.
