Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup warm water

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Divide dough into 12 pieces, roll into ropes, and tie into knots.
  5. Place knots on a baking sheet and let rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush over warm knots.
