- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.

- Adjust jalapeno quantity based on your spice preference.
- For extra crunch, top with breadcrumbs before baking.
