  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
  3. Gently lift the meat from the shell and place it on top.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush the mixture evenly over the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
  8. Sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.

  • Thaw frozen lobster tails overnight in the fridge for best results.
