A simple and delicious lobster tail recipe that you can prepare at home.
Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.
- Gently lift the meat from the shell and place it on top.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Thaw frozen lobster tails overnight in the fridge for best results.
- Do not overcook to keep the meat tender.
- Serve with extra melted butter if desired.
