Instructions
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces or use a food processor to mince them.
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp with egg white, cornstarch, salt, white pepper, sesame oil, green onion, and cilantro.
- Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
