Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Brown ground beef in skillet, drain fat
  3. Cook onions in butter and oil until caramelized
  4. Mix beef, rice, broth, soup mix, and seasonings
  5. Transfer to baking dish, top with onions
  6. Bake covered for 45 minutes
