Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
- Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in cheddar and parmesan cheese.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each.
- Spoon beef mixture onto each biscuit, then fold and seal.
- Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Add diced onions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
