Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix in cheddar and parmesan cheese.
  5. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each.
  6. Spoon beef mixture onto each biscuit, then fold and seal.
  7. Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
