- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts and potatoes in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, cream, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3.5 hours.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For crispier potatoes, broil for 5 minutes after cooking.
- Substitute chicken thighs for a richer flavor.
