  • 1/2 cup crème de menthe liqueur

Instructions

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold in marshmallows and crème de menthe.
  5. Add green food coloring if desired.
  6. Pour filling into the crust and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
