  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  4. Add bell pepper, onion, and pineapple chunks on top.
