- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder

- 4 eggs

- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, melted butter, warm water, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
- Let the dough rest for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and shape into buns.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
