Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
