- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 10 oz can of Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups biscuit baking mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, and cheddar cheese.
- Add biscuit baking mix and combine until fully incorporated.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
