  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir in beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  6. Stir in sour cream and top with shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
