- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Place beef bites and potatoes in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear the beef bites before adding them to the slow cooker.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
