Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, jalapeños, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
