- 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, jalapeños, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more jalapeños.
- Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
