- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Paprika for garnish

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, cool, and peel them.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Sriracha, mustard, and salt.
- Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and chives.
