Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, cool, and peel them.
  2. Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Sriracha, mustard, and salt.
  5. Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and chives.
