- 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth.
- Add chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving with chips, bread, or vegetables.
Notes
- Use thawed and drained frozen spinach for best results.
- Adjust garlic and salt to taste.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
