Ingredients

- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend strawberries and honey until smooth.
- Sift matcha powder into a bowl and whisk with 2 tbsp hot water until frothy.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the strawberry mixture over it.
- Slowly pour the matcha mixture on top.
- Add milk and stir gently.
