Instructions

- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add vanilla bean seeds, egg, and peppermint extract.
- Mix in flour and salt until dough forms.
- Add green food coloring if desired.
- Roll dough and cut into shamrock shapes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on wire racks before serving.
