- 8 oz mozzarella balls, drained
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced salami, rolled
- 1/4 cup black olives
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, cut into squares
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Thread one mozzarella ball onto a skewer.
- Add a cherry tomato next.
- Follow with a rolled salami slice.
- Add a black olive.
- Place a roasted red pepper square.
- Top with a basil leaf.
- Repeat for all skewers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze before serving.
