Ingredients

- 1 cup diced ripe mango
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 4–5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel and dice the mango.
- Add mango, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled texture.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen mango for a thicker smoothie.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
- Substitute dairy yogurt with coconut yogurt for a vegan option.
