- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Whisk egg yolks until thick. Blend in condensed milk, lime juice, and zest.
- Pour filling into crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

- Filling will thicken as it chills.
