Description
Make these classic BBQ ribs for Father’s Day. They are tender, smoky, and coated in a sweet and tangy sauce.

- 2 racks pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to 250°F for indirect heat.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
- Place ribs on the grill away from direct heat, meat side up.
- Close the lid and cook for 2 hours.
- Brush barbecue sauce onto the ribs.
- Cook for another 30 minutes until sauce is sticky.
- Remove from grill, rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
- Soak wood chips in water for added smoke flavor.
- Check ribs periodically to prevent burning.
- Internal temperature should reach 190°F for tenderness.
