Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks (1.5 inches thick)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to a pan and melt.
- Brush melted butter mixture over steaks during the last minute of grilling.
- Rest steaks for 5 minutes before serving.

- Let steaks rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.
