- 2 ribeye steaks (about 10 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

- For the Seafood:
- 2 lobster tails or 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Herb Butter Garnish:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Optional: Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Remove ribeye steaks from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Rub steaks with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and smoked paprika on both sides.
- Preheat grill or cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook steaks 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, until dark golden crust forms.
- Remove steaks and tent loosely with foil. Rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook lobster tails cut side down 4-5 minutes until opaque, or shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Mix melted butter with chives, thyme, and lemon zest to make herb butter garnish.
- Serve steaks with seafood. Drizzle herb butter over the top. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
