    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Herb Butter Garnish:
    • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
    • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
    • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Optional: Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Remove ribeye steaks from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub steaks with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and smoked paprika on both sides.
  3. Preheat grill or cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Cook steaks 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, until dark golden crust forms.
  5. Remove steaks and tent loosely with foil. Rest for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Cook lobster tails cut side down 4-5 minutes until opaque, or shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  8. Mix melted butter with chives, thyme, and lemon zest to make herb butter garnish.
  9. Serve steaks with seafood. Drizzle herb butter over the top. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
