Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Juice the lemons to extract about 1 cup of lemon juice.
- In a pitcher, dissolve the sugar in 1 cup of warm water.
- Add the lemon juice and remaining cold water to the pitcher.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
