- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw (optional)
Instructions
- Season pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place pork in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred the pork with two forks and mix in barbecue sauce.
- Toast slider buns lightly.
- Fill buns with pulled pork and top with coleslaw if desired.
